How It Works
- Refer a friend who owns a residential investment property (house, townhouse or apartment) in Perth or the surrounding metropolitan area.
- Your friend signs a new management authority with M Property Management.
- Once their property is tenanted, we will apply a 3‑month management fee waiver to:
- One of your properties under our management, and
- Your friend’s new property under our management.
- We’ll handle the rest – you simply refer, then sit back and relax while we take care of the details.

Terms and Conditions
- Offer applies to residential investment properties (houses, townhouses and apartments) in Perth and surrounding metropolitan areas.
- The referred owner must sign a new management authority with M Property Management.
- The 3‑month management fee waiver for both you and your friend will be applied after the referred property is tenanted.
- The waiver applies to management fees only for:
- One property currently managed by M Property Management in your name, and
- The referred property in your friend’s name.
- Standard leasing fees, marketing costs, and other charges are not included in this waiver.
